Below are some of our most frequently asked questions answered for your convenience. If you require additional info, please contact me.
Am i obligated to book your services after the consultation?
No, you are not locked into the service following the consultation. The $50.00 deposit covers my time for the consultation and will be taken off your first package should you book. The consultation allows you to ask questions and get a better understanding of how my services could help you, however there is no obligation.
if i don’t use my entire package hours, what happens?
Every package is customized and personalized for every client! If we don’t use your full package time on this booking, you have a 3-month timeframe to rebook the remaining hours. Package hours expire 3 months from project start date.
when is my payment due?
Payment is required up front before our session starts. A client agreement will be sent out which outlines the expectations.
Will you guide me through the organizing or will you do it yourself?
You can be as involved in this project as you would like to be! However, please do be aware that the more involved you are, the more time consuming the project could become. I will work with you in whatever capacity you wish throughout each step of the project.
Will my sessions be confidential?
Absolutely! 100% confidential. What happens in your house stays in your house.
Is your service the same as a cleaning service?
An organized space is not fully organized if it’s dirty. I do clean surfaces as I go, however this is very different from a professional cleaning service. I am happy to help coordinate a cleaning service for after we finish our project if desired!
Is there a penalty if my hours expire?
Once your package exceeds the 3 month booking deadline, the hours you have purchased will expire. You are still able and welcome to rebook more hours to finish up your organizing or transitioning project and use them within the 3 month timeframe!
Is there anything I should do to prepare for you?
The more realistic the state of your home is, the better- especially for the consultation! I need to see how the space is being used to prepare for how you want to be able to use it. Never feel like you need to tidy before our sessions.
